How to place an order in our Online-Shop:
- Please select the articles and put them into the cart (e.g., fine Merino wool tops 100g - select the colour, add the quantity beside the cart symbol - press the cart symbol)
- In the right column, the system will always update your cart
- Repeat the selection until you have the order completed
- To finalize the order, press the "pay" button below the cart in the right column. Another window with your order will open. Please add your invoice/delivery data.
- Before sending the order you have to accept our general business terms.
- After sending the order you will immediately receive a confirmation by email.
Why should I register?Can I collect the order directly at your company?
The registration has the advantage that you do not have to add the invoice/delivery data with every new order. Once registered, you can simply log-in with your user name and password and all the necessary data in the order form is already available. Please also check our comments regarding data privacy.
We currently offer our products only online in order to minimize the fixed costs and offer our customers competitive prices.
How quickly will I receive my order?Do you have a minimum order value?
All orders are processed and sent within 48 hours or, if you are a prepaying customer, promptly after receiving your payment. Usually all products are available. If a product should not be available at the time of your order, we will contact you immediately. The time of delivery depends on your location.
No, we appreciate all orders from our customers.
To which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to all countries within Europe; all other countries upon request (prices may vary).
What do you charge for dispatching?
We have fixed rates per country:
Austria - EUR 5,90
Germany - EUR 5,90
Switzerland - CHF 8,00
Liechtenstein - CHF 8,00
EC countries - EUR 16,00

What special delivery / payment services do you offer Swiss customers?
We will organise the import of your order and pay customs and taxes. Your order will be sent directly from Au, SG (CH). Additionally we have a bank account at Swiss Post to avoid high bank charges for the transfer. Please visit our homepage at www.wizardwool.ch.
What priority does Wizardwool put on quality?
We select and rate our suppliers carefully. All coloured materials are dyed in conformance to Oecotex Standard 100 (class II) and a big part of the collection is, furthermore, dyed and certified by bluesign or GOTS standards.
Animal welfare:We have a written confirmation from our supplier that the wool in the fine Merino line is guaranteed to be ´mulesing free´. In our silk range, we use wild silk (Tussah silk). In contrast to breeding silk (e.g., mulberry silk), the butterfly is allowed to leave the cocoon before the silk is harvested.
Do you have special rates for distributors, resellers, schools...?
No, our price is already adjusted for larger quantities per colour. We have fewer costs for handling if the quantity is larger and will pass this advantage on to our customers.
